If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return an Item

Request a Return

Log into your account and select 'Request Return' for the item you wish to return, or contact our customer service team.

Receive RMA Number

You'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label (if applicable) via email.

Pack and Ship

Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused and in original packaging
All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included
Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or modification
Original receipt or order confirmation required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or special-order items
Hazardous materials (chemicals, solvents, etc.)
Opened safety equipment (respirators, ear protection)
Cut-to-length materials (chain, rope, wire)
Clearance and final sale items
Software and digital products

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.
